The first official blog!! Although I regularly read many different party planning, crafting and decorating blogs, this is my first attempt at actually writing a blog post. After practicing law and then becoming a stay-at-home mom, I discovered how much I LOVE planning parties! Planning parties allows me to go to my happy place. So, with a lot of encouragement from my friends and family, this blog was created. Hopefully, you will enjoy and be inspired by some of the tips and ideas you find on this blog. I am currently at work on a dinner party for this Friday evening. Any thoughts on what the theme might be? It’s a very big day all around the globe, of course! The party incorporates a pale pink, grey and white color scheme. I've also gathered pink and white seersucker fabric, silver bowls and julep cups. If only my pink peonies were blooming, but it’s a couple weeks early for those. Pink roses or tulips will have to do. More pictures to come after the party!
