If you have a little one who loves cars, this party is sure to get you revved up! I mentioned before that I've had a busy few months. This fun Race Car party has been sitting in my email inbox for some time, just waiting to be featured! I created this collection for Shelley, for her son's 4th birthday. Her son requested a Cars inspired race car birthday and Shelley's creative wheels started turning on how to make that happen.
For the dessert table, Shelley draped a black and white checkered table runner down the center of the table. My favorite part of the party were the race car inspired treats. The treats included Dip Sticks (chocolate covered pretzel sticks), Stop Light rice krispie treats, Apple Racers, and black and white whirly lollipops. A personalized banner hung in front of the table. For the kids' table, Shelley transformed plain black felt into a street by adding white felt dash lines. She also decorated the table with Cone Sippy Cups from Birthday Express, checkered plates and "Tools" Napkin Wraps. Shelley used cupcakes, topped with cupcake toppers, as a centerpiece for the kids' table.
Party guests were given an All-Access Pass to wear at the party. They were sent home with checkered flag tote bags from Oriental Trading Co.
