I'm sharing one more easy recipe from my Modern Going Away Party. Like the Spicy Cashew Brittle, the best part of this delicious dessert is that you can make it days before your party. The tartness of the cherries and orange peel contrasted with the sweet white chocolate make this a nicely balanced dish.
White Chocolate Cherry and Orange Peel Bark (adapted from Martha Stewart)
- 1 pound of white chocolate
- 1/2 cup of dried cherries
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
- Cooking spray
